34th ECA 2nd Circular
Dear all,
First, some great news: with the external funding we secured, we are happy to say that registration fees are low and will include access to the venue, ice-breaker, mid-congress excursion, congress dinner, breaks (morning, afternoon) and all lunches. We also invited 4 fantastic plenary speakers ready to share their research and knowledge with you!
Then, some important dates:
‘Early registrations’: open the 1st of March 2024
‘Late registrations’: from the 15th of May 2024
‘End of registrations’: 15th of July 2024
Tentative program of the congress: welcome on the 25th of August, mid-congress excursion (along the coast, of course) on the 28th, congress dinner on the 29th (clue: inspired by something we had 20 years ago), end of the congress on the 30th of August 2024.
Dates for abstract submission will follow, the call for symposia is launched.
More information on pre-congress excursion and accompanying persons to come (but if you are interested in, please email us directly).
You can already book your hotel / hostel / AirBnB / other asap and Travel (more information on the website). Best option to reach Rennes is probably by train (booking not opening before May/June), there is a fast (1.5 hour) and easy (no-stop) connection from Paris, then metro or bus make it easy to reach the venue (Building 2 of the ‘Campus de Beaulieu’, eastern part of Rennes).
